SCOPE
-----
The source registry contains 24 manuscript rows and 8 original columns:
Manuscript, Institution, City/Country, URL, License, Period, Script, Condition.
The original workbook was preserved. The updated workbook adds URL and viewing
metadata without deleting or overwriting the original URL column.

RESULT
------
- 24 registry rows reviewed.
- 22 rows use an elktb.net manuscript information page that returned HTTP 200
  during the audit and exposes manuscript image content or a manuscript viewer.
- 1 row, London (Or. 2165), returned HTTP 200 but its original URL uses the
  BIRMINGHAM identifier and is therefore a record-identity mismatch.
- 1 row, Topkapı Mushaf, points to the Topkapı Palace homepage; the request did
  not return a usable extracted page in this audit. A related Corpus Coranicum
  collection viewer is supplied in the updated workbook.
- 1 row, Leiden Quran Manuscripts, points to a generic Leiden collections page
  that presented a CAPTCHA during the audit. A related Leiden manuscript viewer
  is supplied through Corpus Coranicum.

The updated workbook labels exact shelfmark matches as exact alternate viewers
and broad collection pages as related viewers. It does not claim that a broad
viewer is an exact digital surrogate for a registry row.

IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
---------------------
- HTTP 200 confirms a server response, not that every catalog assertion is
  independently verified.
- The elktb.net page content is not treated as an institutional ownership
  record unless the page itself identifies the institution.
- Restricted license rows remain marked Restricted. A viewing link does not
  imply reuse or redistribution rights.
- Original URLs, row values, and historical registry data remain preserved.
- No manuscript images or copyrighted documents were downloaded.

- Original URL: preserved copy of the source URL.
- URL Status: availability/identity result from the audit.
- Checked At: audit date.
- Preferred Viewing URL: best current page for viewing or related viewing.

- Viewing Source: site providing the preferred page.
- Viewing Status: exact, related, or unavailable.
- Accuracy Notes: identity, access, and rights caveats.
